Optical Engineer

Suzhou Bachelor+ · Optical Engineering / Physics

Responsibilities

Responsible for optical system design and simulation, completing optical path layout and optimization of core components
Lead optical module trial production verification, resolve yield issues, output test reports and drive design iteration improvements
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for structural adaptation and thermal management analysis to ensure overall product performance
Develop optical inspection standards and work instructions, support mass production introduction and subsequent technical documentation archiving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Physics or related fields with solid theoretical foundation in optics
Proficient in mainstream optical design software
Experience in optical module development for the semiconductor industry; candidates with complete project delivery cases preferred
Strong data analysis skills and cross-departmental communication abilities, able to thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment

Opto-Mechanical System Engineer

Suzhou Master+ · Optics / Precision Mechanics / Optoelectronics

Responsibilities

Responsible for integrated opto-mechatronic-software system design and specification decomposition
Coordinate cross-module development and integration of optics, mechanics, electronics and software
Responsible for key opto-mechanical component selection, testing and system architecture planning
Lead key technical breakthroughs and system-level complex problem solving
Output complete machine design specifications, BOM and related technical documentation

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Precision Mechanics, Optoelectronic Information, Precision Instruments or related fields
3+ years of integrated opto-mechatronic-software system development experience
Capable of overall complex opto-mechanical system design and coordinating multi-disciplinary collaboration
Familiar with motion control principles, understanding of vision algorithms and image processing fundamentals, with cross-disciplinary technical interface capabilities
Preferred: semiconductor packaging/inspection equipment development experience; nano-scale precision motion platform design; opto-mechanical system troubleshooting experience

Technical Sales

Suzhou / East China Bachelor+ · STEM Fields

Responsibilities

Responsible for market development and client acquisition in designated regions
Deeply understand customer needs and provide customized solutions combining product technical features
Lead the full cycle of technical presentations, solution demonstrations, business negotiations and contract signing
Coordinate internal R&D, delivery and other resources to ensure smooth project implementation
Collect and provide feedback on market dynamics, competitive intelligence and customer needs to drive product iteration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Optics, Optoelectronics, Mechanics, Automation, Electronics or related STEM fields
2+ years of sales or technical support experience in semiconductor / opto-mechatronics / precision equipment industries
Fast learner with ability to understand complex product principles and conduct technical communications
Capable of independently producing technical proposals and conducting business negotiations
Strong communication skills, self-driven, and willing to travel
